By accessing or using FlowFi ("the Service"), provided by FlowFi Pty Ltd (ACN 695 755 312, ABN 74 695 755 312), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlowFi is an AI-powered financial management platform designed for Australian freelancers and sole traders. The Service includes transaction categorisation, BAS preparation assistance, invoicing, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use FlowFi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to process fraudulent transactions, misrepresent your financial position, or violate any applicable Australian law or regulation.
FlowFi provides financial management tools and AI-powered insights to help you manage your finances. FlowFi is not a registered tax agent, financial adviser, or accounting firm. The information provided by FlowFi does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for specific financial, tax, or legal matters. BAS preparation assistance is provided as a tool to help organise your records. Final lodgement remains your responsibility or that of your registered tax agent.
While FlowFi uses AI to categorise and process financial data, automated systems may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all categorisations, calculations, and reports generated by the Service before relying on them for any purpose.
The FlowFi platform, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by FlowFi Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Certain features of FlowFi may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly communicated before you commit to a paid plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, FlowFi's liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. FlowFi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your access to FlowFi if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of FlowFi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
